Being two individuals that have lived with ADHD (attention deficit hyper-active disorder) throughout our lives we realize a few things about fidgeting. It can be proven that fidgeting or physical exercise like foot-tapping can enhance your attention span that assist one focus. Every time a mutual friend handed us a fidget toy for the first time, there we were sold! We soon realized we don`t “fidget” the maximum amount of by annoying friends with excessive pen clicking, foot tapping, nail biting and overall just being distracted generally. We would have liked to discuss this discovery of ours which help anyone of any age that could reap the benefits of fidgeting, or maybe have needing to have something to fidget with. Thus, Fidget Boys stumbled on life.
